Our Floral Booking Process

1. Reach Out

Let us know you're interested by filling out our inquiry form. We’ll schedule a time to chat and learn more about your event and what you’re dreaming up.

2. Let Us In On the Details

Next, we’ll send over a floral questionnaire so we can dive deeper into your style, needs, and preferences. Have inspiration photos? Send them our way — we love seeing your vision.

3. Receive Your Custom Proposal + Mood Board

With a $100 design deposit, we’ll create a custom floral proposal and mood board just for you. The deposit secures your spot on our calendar and goes toward your total if you book. Need changes? We're happy to revise.

4. Make it Official

Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll send over a contract to finalize your booking. Your $100 deposit will be applied to your floral order, and depending on the scale of the event, an additional deposit may be required.

5. Final Review

One month before your event, we’ll reconnect to review your order, make any updates, and finalize the details. The remaining balance is due at this time.

6. Event Day

It’s here! If you’ve chosen delivery and setup, our team will take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your day. Prefer to pick up? We offer complimentary pickup from our Downtown Topeka location.
