Once you book, your coordinator will reach out with a warm welcome to the Flourish Design & Decor fam — plus a quick little questionnaire. We want all the deets on you and your big day. The sooner you send it back, the sooner we can hit the ground running.
What to Expect
You will be responsible for the planning of your wedding. Your coordinator is here to assist in the execution of your special day.
Timeline Management
To get started, you will receive a questionnaire via email. After you fill that out, we’ll schedule two one-hour meetings and a final phone call with your day-of coordinator two weeks before the event. Through this process, we’ll develop a detailed timeline of your wedding day, confirm your vendors arrangements and cover any details you need advice on.
Rehearsal
You will schedule your one-hour ceremony walk-through with your coordinator. We will guide the walk-through, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.
The Big Day
It’s your time to shine, and our time to work behind the scenes. On the day of your wedding, you can expect your coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Here’s how!
We will manage the setup of your venue and oversee the arrival of all vendors, ensuring everything is in place before guests arrive. We will serve as the main point of contact for vendors, so you can immerse yourself in the joy of the occasion.
We show up with an emergency kit in hand ready to solve the day’s little emergencies. Our day-of coordinators are problem-solving ninjas for the day’s unexpected surprises.
We coordinate with the DJ to ensure the timing of the ceremony and special events flows seamlessly.

Full-Day Coordination

This package is designed for couples who want expert coordination every step of the way and peace of mind on their big day.

Tear-Down Add-On

Our tear-down service ensures a stress-free end to your celebration. Two team members will arrive at the conclusion of your event to carefully pack up your décor and gifts, then assist with loading everything into your vehicle so you can head home worry-free.

Email is the best way to get a hold of your coordinator. There are a lot of questions that can easily be covered over a quick email. You can expect a response within two business days. The week before your wedding, you can expect a response within 12 hours (during regular business hours). Weekends are reserved for events, so please understand that our coordinators are typically unavailable during that time.
